篇一：監(jiān)護(hù)人保證書
我愿做_____________國留學(xué)生________________________在北京外國語大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)期間的監(jiān)護(hù)人并保證下列各項(xiàng)：
一、監(jiān)督該生不作來華學(xué)習(xí)目的以外的活動(dòng)并保證遵守中國的法律。

篇二：涉外監(jiān)護(hù)擔(dān)保書
監(jiān)護(hù)人聲明:本人愿意作為 （國籍）留學(xué)生 （姓名）在北京第五十七中學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)期間的監(jiān)護(hù)人，并擔(dān)保如下事項(xiàng)：
1 對(duì)被監(jiān)護(hù)人在中國學(xué)習(xí)期間負(fù)全面責(zé)任；監(jiān)督該生不從事來華學(xué)習(xí)目的以外的活動(dòng)并遵守中國的法律；代表被監(jiān)護(hù)人承擔(dān)在中國法庭及其他法律機(jī)構(gòu)為其爭(zhēng)取權(quán)益的職責(zé)。
2.督促該生努力學(xué)習(xí)并遵守學(xué)校的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度；負(fù)責(zé)與被監(jiān)護(hù)人所在學(xué)校保持密切聯(lián)系，與學(xué)生父母保持聯(lián)系。有責(zé)任就學(xué)業(yè)和生活上的問題幫助被監(jiān)護(hù)人妥善解決。
3.負(fù)責(zé)提供被監(jiān)護(hù)人辦理在中國的合法居留手續(xù)材料，簽證或居留證到期前，負(fù)責(zé)提供辦理延期手續(xù)的材料。
4.負(fù)責(zé)為被監(jiān)護(hù)人安排在中國學(xué)習(xí)期間的住所和校外生活，并保證被監(jiān)護(hù)人的安全；對(duì)于住校學(xué)生，負(fù)責(zé)其周末或節(jié)假日期間的學(xué)習(xí)、生活及人身安全，如接走被監(jiān)護(hù)人要保證周日晚或節(jié)假日結(jié)束前一天晚上按時(shí)將學(xué)生送回學(xué)校；負(fù)責(zé)妥善保管被監(jiān)護(hù)人的財(cái)物和重要證件。
5.每學(xué)期開學(xué)報(bào)到前和學(xué)期結(jié)束離校后，負(fù)責(zé)為被監(jiān)護(hù)人安排好假期生活和學(xué)習(xí)，保證其安全。
6.負(fù)責(zé)該生在校學(xué)習(xí)期間發(fā)生疾病和其他意外事故的處理工作，要求為被監(jiān)護(hù)人辦理保險(xiǎn)。
7.督促該生按時(shí)繳納各項(xiàng)費(fèi)用，如該生不能支付將由監(jiān)護(hù)人負(fù)責(zé)支付。

篇四：監(jiān)護(hù)人保證書
GUARDIAN’S LETTER OF GUANRANTEE
監(jiān)護(hù)人聲明 I Hereby Declare that:
本人愿意作為 （國籍）留學(xué)生 （姓名）在中國人民大學(xué)附屬中學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)期間的監(jiān)護(hù)人，并擔(dān)保如下事項(xiàng)：
I am willing to be the guardian for the ____________________________ student, Mr./Miss ___________________________ during his/her study at the High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China, and pledge the following terms:
1. 對(duì)被監(jiān)護(hù)人在中國學(xué)習(xí)期間負(fù)全面責(zé)任；監(jiān)督該生不從事來華學(xué)習(xí)目的以外的活動(dòng)并遵守中國的法律；代表被監(jiān)護(hù)人承擔(dān)在中國法庭及其他法律機(jī)構(gòu)為其爭(zhēng)取權(quán)益的職責(zé)。
I will take full responsibility for the student during his/her study in China. I will supervise the student to ensure that he/she will not engage in any activities not related to his/her academic pursuit in China, and that he/she will abide by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. I will take the responsibility of representing the student at the Chinese court or any other organs of law for his/her rights and interests.
2. 督促該生努力學(xué)習(xí)并遵守學(xué)校的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度；負(fù)責(zé)與被監(jiān)護(hù)人所在學(xué)校保持密切聯(lián)系，就學(xué)業(yè)和生活上的問題代表被監(jiān)護(hù)人在校的權(quán)益。
I will urge the student to study hard and observe the school rules and regulations. I will keep close contacts with the school, and be responsible for representing the student for his/her rights and interests at school, in regard to his/her studying and school life.
3. 負(fù)責(zé)為被監(jiān)護(hù)人辦理在中國的合法居留手續(xù)，簽證或居留許可到期前，負(fù)責(zé)辦理延期手續(xù)。
I will be responsible to help the student with his/her Visa and Residence Permit for his/her stay in China, and to assist in extending his/her Visa and Residence Permit before the expiration date.
4. 負(fù)責(zé)為被監(jiān)護(hù)人安排在中國學(xué)習(xí)期間的住所和校外生活，并保證被監(jiān)護(hù)人的安全；對(duì)于住校學(xué)生，負(fù)責(zé)其周末或節(jié)假日期間的學(xué)習(xí)、生活及人身安全，并保證周日晚或節(jié)假日結(jié)束前一天晚上按時(shí)將學(xué)生送回學(xué)校；負(fù)責(zé)妥善保管被監(jiān)護(hù)人的財(cái)物和重要證件。
I will provide lodging and make appropriate arrangements for the student’s out-school life during his/her study in China. For resident student at school, I will take full responsibility for the safety and arranging his/her study and life on week-ends or during holidays, and sending him/her back to school on Sunday evenings and on the evenings of the end of holidays. I will also be responsible for taking appropriate care of the student’s valuable belongings and important credentials.
5. 每學(xué)期開學(xué)和結(jié)束時(shí)，為被監(jiān)護(hù)人安排旅程。
I will arrange the student’s travel before and at the end of each school semester.
6. 負(fù)責(zé)該生在校學(xué)習(xí)期間發(fā)生疾病和其他意外事故的處理工作。
I will be responsible to handle such matters as the student’s illness or any other 監(jiān) 護(hù) 人 保 證 書
mishaps.
7. 督促該生按時(shí)繳納各項(xiàng)費(fèi)用，如該生不能支付將由本人負(fù)責(zé)支付。
I will make sure that the student should pay the school all the required fees on time. In case the student cannot make the payment, I will pay all the expenses for him/her.

The Guardian’s Personal Information
有關(guān)說明 NOTE：
1. 凡與此學(xué)生有關(guān)系的成年人或合法機(jī)構(gòu)，受其家長(zhǎng)委托在北京市內(nèi)有固定住所方可作為該生的監(jiān)護(hù)人。
An adult or a legal organization that have permanent residence in Beijing and is entrusted by the student’s parents is eligible for being the student’s guardian.
2. 監(jiān)護(hù)人記錄應(yīng)如實(shí)填寫，并須附監(jiān)護(hù)人有效證件的復(fù)印件。
The above information must be true and correct. Photocopy of the guardian’s identity certificate must be attached with this Letter.
3. 監(jiān)護(hù)人必須受學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)委托，委托書須經(jīng)法律公正方為有效。
The guardian must be entrusted by the student’s parents. The Letter of Entrustment must be legally notarized.
4. 本‘保證書’需在送交報(bào)名表和其他報(bào)名資料時(shí)一同交給人大附中國際部。
This ‘Guardian’s Letter of Guarantee’ should be submitted together with the ‘Application Form’ and the other required documents to the International Section of the High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China.
