　　What can we do with our hands? Our hands can help us wear clothes, brush our teeth, wash our faces and so on. In addition to help us to do something, also can give people comfort or encourage others, for example: after the show, give people a applause, let people have more confidence; or when people feel depressed, to comfort him with their hands to pat his back, like with their own hands to show for others, or with their own hands to write cards to comfort others. All these things make our hands more valuable.

　　However, some people don't know how to use their own hands. All kinds of ways to make their hands become unbearable. 　　我們的雙手能做些什么事呢？我們的手能夠幫我們穿衣服、刷牙、洗臉等。除了可以幫我們做一些事情外，也能給別人安慰或鼓勵，例如：看完別人的表演時，給人家一個掌聲，讓別人更有信心；或是當別人感到沮喪時，能夠用自己的雙手拍拍他的背來安慰他，像是用自己的雙手來表演給人家看，或是用自己的雙手來寫卡片安慰人家。這些事情都是使我們的雙手更有價值。

　　但是，相對的有些人卻不懂得用自己的雙手。盡是用各種方式讓自己的.雙手變得很不堪。新聞上常常說：某某某因為向父母要不到錢因此把父母給殺了、某某某因為失業而去搶銀行等。這些人都不懂的自己的手有多么的珍貴，也不懂的很多人不像一般人一樣有手。

　　雙手是萬能的，我們應該要好好應用雙手，不要做一些不好的事情。
