　　1、報考臨床醫(yī)學(xué)、口腔醫(yī)學(xué)、預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)、中醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)的人員必須已取得省級衛(wèi)生行政部門頒發(fā)的相應(yīng)類別的執(zhí)業(yè)助理醫(yī)師及以上資格證書，或者縣級及以上衛(wèi)生行政部門頒發(fā)的鄉(xiāng)村醫(yī)生執(zhí)業(yè)證書并有中專學(xué)歷或中專水平證書。

　　2、報考護(hù)理學(xué)專業(yè)的人員原則上須取得省級衛(wèi)生行政部門頒發(fā)的護(hù)士執(zhí)業(yè)資格證書。

　　3、報考醫(yī)學(xué)門類其他專業(yè)的人員必須是在職衛(wèi)生、醫(yī)藥行業(yè)技術(shù)人員。

　　4、考生所報考的專業(yè)原則上應(yīng)與所從事的專業(yè)對口。

　　成考考試確認(rèn)報名所需材料

　　1、考生在網(wǎng)報后，前往區(qū)縣招辦確認(rèn)，須按本人在網(wǎng)上選取的報名確認(rèn)點和日期辦理報名資格審查、攝像手續(xù)，簽署《考生誠信考試承諾書》等。

　　到時需攜帶的'有關(guān)材料：
