Do you like stories?
I want to tell you a true story.
It happened to a friend of mine a year ago.
While my friend ,George, was reading in bed, two thieves climbed into his kitchen.
After they had entered the house,
They went into the dining room.
It was very dark,
so they turned on a torch.
Suddenly, they heard a voice behind them. ‘What’s up? What’s up?’someone called. The thieves dropped the torch
and ran away as quickly as they could.
George heard the noise
and came downstairs quickly.
He turned on the light,
but he couldn’t see anyone.
The thieves had already gone.
But George’s parrot, Henry, was still there. ‘What’s up, George?’he called.
‘Nothing, Henry.’George said and smiled. ‘Go back to sleep.’

Why are you crying, a young boy asked his Mom?
你為什么哭?一個(gè)小男孩問(wèn)他的'媽媽.
"Because I'm a woman," she told him.

"I don't understand," he said.
我不明白.他回答
His Mom just hugged him and said,
"And you never will, but that's O.K.".......
媽媽擁抱了他說(shuō),"你永遠(yuǎn)也不會(huì)明白,但沒(méi)關(guān)系..."
Later the little boy asked his father,
"Why does Mom seem to cry for no reason?".
后來(lái)小男孩問(wèn)他的父親"媽媽為什么似乎在無(wú)緣無(wú)故的哭泣?"
"All women cry for no reason," was all his Dad could say......
"所有的女人都會(huì)常常沒(méi)有原因地哭泣",這是他的父親唯一可以解釋的...
The little boy grew up and became a man,
still wondering why women cry.
等到小男孩長(zhǎng)大,成了男人的時(shí)候,
他仍然奇怪媽媽為什么哭.
Finally he put in a call to God and when God got back to him, he asked "God, why do women cry so easily?"
最后他把這件事禱告給上帝,他問(wèn)"上帝,為什么女人容易哭泣?"
GOD answered......
上帝回答:
"When I made woman,
I decided she had to be special.
I made her shoulders
strong enough to carry
the weight of the world, yet,
made her arms gentle enough to give comfort...

My ideal school
I hope my ideal school starts at 8:30 a.m. because l like to get up late. I hope my ideal school finishes at 4.30 p.m. So l can have lots of time to have a rest and do some after school activities.
My ideal school is very large, it has three tall buildings, a big dining hall, a tennis court, a big playground and a park.
We have an hour for lunch; we can eat delicious food and chat with each other in the big dining hall. We can also listen to pop music there.
We can have Math lesson everyday because I like Math very much. I also like English, so we can have English everyday. We needn’t wear school uniform. The classes are quite small, there are about 15 students in each class.
We have activities after school once a week. At the weekend, we needn’t do much homework. Every month, we go on a school trip to Shanghai or Suzhou.
