團(tuán)風(fēng)縣產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)所：
本人 年 月 日開始從事食品檢驗(yàn)工作，至今已有 年的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，現(xiàn)已取得職稱。本人在從事食品檢驗(yàn)中無違反《食品安全法》受到刑事處罰或開除處分，現(xiàn)承諾只在本所執(zhí)業(yè)，不在外兼職食品檢驗(yàn)，并保證在以后的工作中堅(jiān)持認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的工作態(tài)度，嚴(yán)格遵守檢驗(yàn)操作規(guī)程，確保食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)工作質(zhì)量。
我將恪守以上承諾，如有違反，我愿意承擔(dān)由此引起的一切經(jīng)濟(jì)責(zé)任和法律責(zé)任。

遵守國家法律，不與所從事的食品檢驗(yàn)活動(dòng)以及出具的數(shù)據(jù)和結(jié)果存在利益關(guān)系，不參與和食品檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目或者類似的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)項(xiàng)目有關(guān)系的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、研制、生產(chǎn)、供應(yīng)、安裝、使用或者維護(hù)活動(dòng)，不受任何來自內(nèi)外部的不正當(dāng)?shù)纳虡I(yè)、財(cái)務(wù)和其它方面的壓力和影響，拒絕商業(yè)賄賂。
只在錦州市產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)所食品實(shí)驗(yàn)室執(zhí)業(yè)，不在其它食品檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)兼職。
