尊敬的各位領導、各位同事，大家好!?

首先，我衷心感謝所領導搭建了這樣一個平臺，感謝各位領導、同事的信任和支持，讓我有機會參加競爭上崗演講。我今年37歲，本科學歷，經濟師職稱，××年12月入伍，在部隊服役，××年10月入黨，××年6月從部隊轉業到所里工作。到單位以來，我一直在所辦公室擔任駕駛員工作，六年來，我能立足本職，愛崗敬業，恪盡職守，任勞任怨，注重學習，積極發揮主觀能動性，比較好的完成了各級領導交給的交通保障任務，并且做到了行車安全無事故。作為一名駕駛員，我不僅做了一名駕駛員應該做的工作，而且，我還利用與各位領導和同志們下鄉、進廠開展科技服務的有利時機，自覺加強學習，提高自身的素質，主動地參與了科技項目撰寫、申報工作，并積極承擔了單位的攝像以及新聞報道工作，為宣傳科技工作，提高我們。 所的知名度作出了應有的貢獻，本人也因此被××日報社評為2008年度《先進通訊員》。在2005年和2008年年度考核中，我先后被評為優秀，今年還被局機關黨委評為優秀共產黨員。這些成績和榮譽的取得，都是在座各位領導的關心，同事們的幫助、支持的結果。

我競爭的崗位是辦公室副主任。大家都知道，辦公室的工作具有綜合性、全局性、服務性

各位導、同事們，所里組織開展的這次競爭上崗活動，對我來說已經是一個很大的鍛煉和提高。借此機會我也想表個態，無論結果如何，我都會做到成功不自滿，落選不氣餒，堅決服從組織安排!一如既往地做好本職工作，為所里的各項工作做出自己應有的貢獻。

從我做起，做好本職工作

尊敬的各位領導，親愛的同事們：

大家好!我是xx市機關事業單位社會保險辦公室的xx-x，很高興參加今天的這次演講，我演講的主題是“從我做起，做好本職工作”.xx市機關保險辦承擔著全市機關事業單位社會保險的征繳和離退休及遺屬人員的待遇發放工作，這些都是與我們息息相關的，作為保險辦公室的一位工作人員，我深感榮幸和自豪。在工作中，我們認為應該從我做起，做好本職工作，秉承真情相助的服務理念，為全市機關事業單位服好務。作為個人來講我覺得應從以下幾個方面努力改進自己：

1、加強學習，提高自身綜合素質和業務水平。在工作生活中，努力做到嚴以律己，真誠待人，微笑服務，按照一名機關工作者的要求規范自己的言行，自覺遵守國家法律、法令及各項規章制度，愛崗敬業，作風扎實，不謀私利，時時處處以嚴格的標準要求自己。同時積極創新思路，改進工作方法。

2、做好社會保險基數審核工作，維護職工合法權益并保證無一人漏繳，基數不差一分，離退休金發放準確無誤。

3、認真做好指紋鑒定數據采集工作。在指紋采集過程中，積極宣傳社會保險政策和法規。聽取老同志對保險工作的意見,對他們的疑問進行解答,能當場處理的當場進行處理,不能處理的及時向領導進行匯報。

4、認真做好報表統計工作。按時完成報表工作，保持數據的連續性和時效性。及時做好統計資料的歸檔工作，保證統計資料的完整性。

以上是我在實際工作中總結的經驗和個人觀點，還望領導批評指正。
