下午好!我演講的題目是《信念的力量》。
有這樣一種力量，它可以使人在黑暗中不停止摸索，在失敗中不放棄奮斗，在挫折中不忘卻追求。在它面前，天大的困難微不足道，無(wú)邊的艱險(xiǎn)不足為奇。這種力量，就叫信念。
俄-國(guó)的列賓曾經(jīng)說(shuō)過(guò)：沒(méi)有原則的人是無(wú)用的人，沒(méi)有信念的人是空虛的廢物。就從我們古代說(shuō)起吧：兩千多年前的漢朝著名史學(xué)家司馬遷，因“李陵事件”下獄，受了宮刑。應(yīng)該說(shuō)，人世間沒(méi)有比這更大的恥辱了。可是他沒(méi)有消沉，忍辱含垢，披肝瀝膽，專(zhuān)心著述整整十一年，終于寫(xiě)成了《史記》那部五十二萬(wàn)字的鴻篇巨著。這需要多么大的毅力啊!假如他不是為了“究天下之際，通古今之變，成一家之言”，恐怕早就自盡身亡了。這就是信念的力量。
再來(lái)說(shuō)說(shuō)近代，我們敬愛(ài)的周恩來(lái)。他是真正稱(chēng)得上，為他所信仰的共產(chǎn)主義事義奮斗一生的人。在他生命的最后時(shí)刻，他還要求身邊的工作人員為他播放《國(guó)際歌》。當(dāng)那磅礴的旋律盈滿(mǎn)一室時(shí)，的嘴唇分明還在翕xi動(dòng)，在吟唱!在連放三遍后，對(duì)守在身邊的鄧穎超同志說(shuō)：“我堅(jiān)信全世界共產(chǎn)主義一定能實(shí)現(xiàn)。”雖然，講這個(gè)話(huà)的聲音很細(xì)微，卻給身邊的人震動(dòng)很大。已近彌留階段的他，最后唱這支歌，顯示了真正不移的信念。人生盡可信念不同，能夠?yàn)樾拍願(yuàn)^斗終生，奉獻(xiàn)一切，那么，就連他的敵人也會(huì)為他的人格肅然起敬。
從古說(shuō)到今，讓我們?cè)賮?lái)說(shuō)說(shuō)自已身邊的人物吧!她，是我處道橋公司的一名女工程師，作為市政行業(yè)中的一員，她像一顆耀眼的星星，在眾多璀璨閃耀的群星中熠熠發(fā)光。她，就是馬飛。馬飛畢業(yè)于武漢城建學(xué)院，90年到市政管理處工作。這10多年來(lái)，她曾經(jīng)做過(guò)工程資料員、質(zhì)量員、施工員、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。每份工作她都做都兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，一絲不茍。力求把工作做得盡善盡美是她的信念。就拿馬飛擔(dān)任柳西河工程的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理這件事來(lái)說(shuō)吧。這個(gè)工程是當(dāng)年度市政府實(shí)事工程之一，施工難度大，壓力重。作為項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的馬飛，精心組織人員，合理安排工序。在施工中，她始終把工程質(zhì)量放在首位，嚴(yán)格按照施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的有關(guān)技術(shù)措施，反復(fù)向項(xiàng)目部全體人員進(jìn)行布置和交底，使每個(gè)成員做到胸有成竹。工程一開(kāi)工，馬飛就日夜守在了工地上，每天晚上十點(diǎn)、十一點(diǎn)，有時(shí)甚至一二點(diǎn)鐘才回家，成了一個(gè)名副其實(shí)的“都市夜歸人”。女項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理如此敬業(yè)，令工地上的職工肅然起敬，于是用百倍的工作熱情來(lái)表達(dá)對(duì)她的敬佩之情。最后，柳西河整治工程被評(píng)為優(yōu)良工程，并獲得了市“甬江建設(shè)杯”。正是因?yàn)轳R飛心中有著堅(jiān)定的信念，她才能夠先后出色的完成三市路、體育中心等項(xiàng)目工作，得到各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的好評(píng)�，F(xiàn)在，她是市“三八”紅旗手、省級(jí)優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員，也是我處女職工的榜樣。

The world we live in is becoming more and more intolerable because of environmental destruction. For example , forest destruction results in decrease of planting land and unpleasant weather. In addition, man is faced with problems of water pollution and air pollution.
A lot of measures have been taken. Planting trees helps improve and beautify the environment. Besides, laws concerning environmental protection have been put into effect and achieved good results.
However, the problem of environmental protection remains far from being solved. On the one hand, the environment pollution and destruction are getting worse and worse in the modern world. On the other hand, the lack of knowledge about the importance of protecting environment hinders the solving of the problem. In a word, there is a long way to go before we enjoy a clean and comfortable world.

We Are The World ,We Are The Future
Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshness of the deep spring of life.
A poet said “To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. Several days ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. I’d like to share it with all of you. Let’s show our right palms. We can see three lines that show how our love.career and life is. I have a short line of life. What about yours? I wondered whether we could see our future in this way. Well, let’s make a fist. Where is our future? Where is our love, career, and life? Tell me.Yeah, it is in our hands. It is held in ourselves.
We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself.
Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.
As what I said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothing we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we give to the world, the world will give to us. And from today on, let’s be the owners of ourselves, and speak out “We are the world, we are the future.”

我們都是農(nóng)夫。如果我們播下好的種子，我們將會(huì)豐收。如果我們的種子很差，有很多草籽，收割的將是無(wú)用的莊稼。如果我們什么也不播種，什么收獲也沒(méi)有。
我們是年輕的。“怎樣度過(guò)青春?”這是個(gè)有意義的問(wèn)題。為了去回答它，我首先要問(wèn)“從青春這個(gè)詞中你能理解到什么?” 青春不是人生的一個(gè)時(shí)期，而是精神的一種狀態(tài)。青春不是桃面、丹唇、柔膝，而是深沉的意志，。青春是生命的深泉在涌流.
一 位詩(shī)人說(shuō)“從一粒沙看世界，從一朵花看天堂，把無(wú)限放在你的手掌，永恒在一剎那里收藏”。幾天前，我有了一個(gè)聽(tīng)講座的機(jī)會(huì)，從中我學(xué)到了很多東西。現(xiàn)在， 我想把這些與大家共享。讓我們伸出右手，我們可以看到手掌中的展示我們的愛(ài)，事業(yè)和生活的三條線(xiàn)。我在生活方面這條線(xiàn)很短，那你們的呢?我想知道我們是否 可以用這種辦法去看我們的未來(lái)。好的，讓我們一起握拳。我們的未來(lái)在哪兒?我們的愛(ài)、事業(yè)和生活在哪兒?告訴我!是的，它們就在我們的手中。它們被我們自 己掌握著。
我們所有人都希望未來(lái)能比過(guò)去更美好，但是未來(lái)能自己變得更好。不要因?yàn)榻Y(jié)束而哭泣，微笑吧，為你的曾經(jīng)擁有。從過(guò)去來(lái)看，生 活是艱苦的，但我們是更堅(jiān)強(qiáng)。我們知道我們不能選擇感覺(jué)，但是我們能選擇和它相關(guān)的東西。失敗并不意味著你不擁有成功，它只意味著你應(yīng)該用另一種方式去做 這件事。失敗并不意味著你應(yīng)該放棄，只意味著你應(yīng)該更加努力。
正如我在前面所說(shuō)的“我們正在讀一本無(wú)窮的書(shū)中的第一章的第一節(jié)。”過(guò)去的已經(jīng)過(guò)去，無(wú)論我們無(wú)力改變，但是未來(lái)卻在我們前方。相信“我們給了世界什么，世界也將給我們”。并且從今天起，讓我們一起做我們自己的主人，一起大聲說(shuō)出“世界是我們的，未來(lái)是我們的。”
