2015年12月17日四級深度閱讀第二篇的話題是金錢觀，屬于社會類話題，難度相對于深度閱讀第一篇略難。文章講到經濟衰退(recession)對于個人和人際關系的影響，如是否選擇度假、爭吵發生的概率等，又講到男女不同的金錢觀念，文章最后建議男女之間應該開誠布公的討論涉及到錢的問題，這樣才能維持一個健康的關系。
