　　2008Today I found time was a cruel thing. Whatever man is, time always goes on. It won’t stay to wait for somebody. You can’t use anything to exchange time. Time is also a fair thing. Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high reputation, time won’t leave them more. Today I found I hadn’t enough time. Although I have 50-day holiday, but I found I had a lot of things to do. I had a lot of homework to do and I had something necessary to do.1 17 2008I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was ill because of the cold weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. So when I went out, the high temperature disagreed to me. Finally, I was ill.1 24 2008Today, when I awaked up, I found the air-conditioner didn’t work. I used the control, but it still didn’t work. I knew the air-conditioner was in trouble. I went downstairs. My father told me two air-conditioner and two computer had been broken. Because my father used electric ma-ki-ng machine to make electric, so the voltage was not stable. It led to the trouble. Oh! Whenever the government will let the factory use electric? If it lasts longer, I will be crazy!!

　　There are many things in the world. Compare to those, people is a very small part of the world, so it is very difficult and lucky to be a person in the world. Thanks to my monther.I should live happy to thanks my monther. When she see my smile, she will be happy too. She will think that all she does for me is deserved. I think that the meaning of live is not only make myself or my month happy, but also bring the happies to all of the people around me.Hope everyone in the world can live happily.

　　通過在職的一個多月里，我深感自己的不足，我會在以后的工作學習中更加努力，取長補短，需心求教，并寫下了這篇實習周記相信自己會在以后的工作中更加得心應手，表現更加出色!不管是在什么地方任職，都會努力!

　　我是一名商務英語專業的學生在即將畢業的這幾個月里，我主要負責的`工作內容是辦公室文秘在這一過程中，我采用了看、問、學等方式，初步了解了公司文秘工作中的具體業務知識，拓展了所學的專業知識，希望我的這篇商務英語文員實習周記可以給大家作為參考范例

　　為以后正常工作的展開奠定了堅實的基礎，從個人發展方面說，對我影響最大的應該是作為一個社會人工作作風以及在工作過程中專業知識對工作的重要作用，因為這些都是我在校學習中不曾接觸過的方面，所以我將在報告中首先講述我在實習期間積累的這方面的認識和經驗

　　畢業實習是每個大學生必須擁有的一段經歷，它使我們在實踐中了解社會，讓我們學到了很多在課堂上根本就學不到的知識，受益匪淺，也打開了視野，增長了見識，為我們以后進一步走向社會打下堅實的基礎

　　由于我所在的公司是北京駐烏的一個辦事處，是一家私企，所以我剛開始的工作并不忙，沒有感覺到很累只是每天都要守在電話和傳真機旁很耗時間，第一天就因為坐了一天腰酸背痛的但是過了幾天就稍有點習慣了，每天向我同一個辦公室的女孩學習一些辦公知識剛步入工作崗位，才發現自己有很多都不懂的

　　現在在辦公室，有閑的時候就會看一些會計方面的書，雖然自己所學的專業在此時沒有派上什么用場，但我覺得應該多學點，有幾個技能在以后找工作也可以給自己我幾個選擇我現在上班近兩個月了，在這短短一個多朋中，曾有幾次想過干完一個月不干了

　　也許我是剛開始工作，有時受不了經理給的“氣”， 自己心里很不舒服，就想辭職再重新換個工作得了但靜下心來仔細想想，再換個工作也是的，在別人手底下工作不都是這樣么?剛開始

　　the lantern festival or yuanxiao jie is a traditional chinese festival, which is on the 15th of the first month of the chinese new year. the festival marks the end of the celebrations of the chinese new year.

　　chinese started to celebrate the lantern festival from the han dynasty (206 bc - 221 ad). like most other chinese festivals, there is also a story behind the festival. it is also believed that the festival has taoist origins.

　　this is a festival for people having fun. on the night of the festival, people go on streets with a variety of lanterns under the full moon, watching lions or dragon dancing, playing chinese riddles and games, and lighting up firecrackers. there is really a lot of fun for the young and the old.

　　yuanxiao (glutinous rice ball) or tangyuan is the special food for the lantern festival. it is believed that yuanxiao is named after a palace maid, yuanxiao, of emperor wu di of the han dynasty. yuanxiao is a kind of sweet dumpling, which is made with sticky rice flour filled with sweet stuffing.

　　yuanxiao is sticky, sweet and round in shape, symbolizing family unity, completeness and happiness.

　　實習的時間過得也真快，在這段時間里，我學到了很多在學校了學不到的東西，也認識到了自己很多的不足，實習讓我感覺受益匪淺。

　　首先對于實習的認識。實習是一種對用人單位和實習生都有益的人力資源制度安排。對接受實習生的單位而言，是發展儲備人力資源的措施，可以讓其低成本、大范圍的選擇人才，培養和發現真正符合用人單位要求的人才，亦可以作為用人單位的公關手段，讓更多的社會成員了解用人單位的文化和理念，從而增強社會對該組織的認同感并贏得聲譽。

　　對于我們學生，我想學習的目的不在于通過結業考試，而是為了獲取知識，獲取工作技能，獲取在社會上生存的能力。換句話說，在學校學習是為了能夠適應社會的需要，通過學習保證能夠完成將來的工作，為社會作出貢獻。然而步出象牙塔步入社會是有很大落差的，能夠以進入公司實習來作為緩沖，對我而言是一件幸事，通過實習工作了解到工作的實際需要，使得學習的`目的性更明確，得到的效果也相應的更好。

　　從小學到大學，每個不同的階段，我們所扮演的角色就會不一樣，雖然我們一直都在不斷的成長。工作后不再像在學校里學習

　　那樣，有老師，有作業，有考試，而是一切要自己主動去學去做。只要你想學習，學習的機會還是很多的，老員工們從不吝惜自己的經驗來指導你工作，讓你少走彎路;集團公司、公司內部有各種各樣的培訓來提高自己，你所要作的只是甄別哪些是你需要了解的，哪些是你感興趣的。只有有了方向，我們人生的那搜船才能順利的到達成功的彼岸。

　　工作并不是一個人的事情，是一個團隊在完成一個項目，在工作的過程中如何去保持和團隊中其他同事的交流和溝通也是相當重要的。要有與別人溝通、交流的能力以及與人合作的能力。合理的分工可以使大家在工作中各盡所長，團結合作，配合默契，共赴成功。個人要想成功及獲得好的業績，必須牢記一個規則：我們永遠不能將個人利益凌駕于團隊利益之上，在團隊工作中，會出現在自己的協助下同時也從中受益的情況，反過來看，自己本身受益其中，這是保證自己成功的最重要的因素之一。 這次的實習，讓我體會到了其極重要的團隊精神，和一顆好學的心，還有自己的人生方向。
